Processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Peak periods may add time.
Delivery estimate
Orders are delivered within 5 business days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — carrier delays are outside our control.
Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free; otherwise a flat rate applies. You'll see the exact amount before you place the order.
Tracking
When your order ships, status updates appear on Track Order and by email. Use your order number and account email to look up status without logging in, or message us on WhatsApp anytime.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for a correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee recovery of packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.
Delays and issues
Carrier delays and weather are outside our direct control. If a package shows no movement for an extended period, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll help investigate.
