By creating an account or placing an order on Mizaaj Soles, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and be able to enter a binding contract. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
Products and pricing
Listings describe sneakers in like-new condition, individually inspected and graded before listing. Prices, stock, and availability can change. We may cancel an order if an item is listed in error or cannot be fulfilled, with a refund of amounts paid for that order.
Orders and payment
An order is a request to buy; confirmation depends on verified payment and stock. Pay by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer — payments require proof and admin approval before the order is confirmed and stock is reserved.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms once the order is handed off. See the Shipping Policy for more detail.
Returns
Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Items that arrive back in different condition than shipped, or that are damaged by the customer, may be refused.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to probe, overload, or abuse the site; do not use automated tools to scrape or place fraudulent orders; do not misrepresent payment proofs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizaaj Soles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the specific order at issue.
